Date and Almond Heart Slice


2 cups whole almonds

4-5 cups loosely-packed dates

1 cup Craisins 

¼ cup organic dark chocolate chips

¼ cup shredded coconut


Process the almonds and dates in a food processor.  Add in chocolate chips and shredded coconut.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and press the almond-date mixture into the pan to approx1.5-2cm thickness.

Use a heart cookie cutter to cut out shapes.

Store in an airtight container.
